Thomas Kinkaid
Before:
-What kind of media does he use?
-What inspires him to do these works?
-What kind of background does he come from?
After:
-Does he plan on trying to have everyone in America have one of his artworks in their household?
-Did he ever fail at first with his artwork? Or did people always love them?
-How long do his paintings take to complete?
I liked Kinkaid a lot. I feel like his works are able to please anyone, which is a great quality to have in an artwork. The only bad thing is that it is so overused by the people today and I believe that is our fault because we want it on items such as cups, mugs, blankets, etc. But, I think Kinkaid is doing a great job at getting the message he wants across to people.

Vanessa Becroft
Before:
-Why are women standing half naked in this picture?
-What is she trying to portray with this media?
-What was her inspiration to become an artist?
After:
-Why did she never use herself as one of the models?
-Why doesn't she use other medias besides installation to portray this meaning?
-Did she overcome anorexia with these installations?
Vanessa Becroft kind of confuses me. She wants to portray the image of beauty and self, but she isn't one of the models. She says she could be, but chooses not to. All of the models she chooses have plastic surgery and are enhanced by the light surrounding them. They are made to be beautiful and I think this is wrong. True beauty is natural and should not take any enhancements.
